Acrylic Warehouse packages all items carefully and aims to dispatch orders within 3 business days. This may be delayed in times of unforeseen circumstances such as: employee sickness, machine breakdown (laser cutter etc), courier delay
Acrylic Warehouse uses a range of couriers to delivery items all across Australia. Some courier services have limitations based on weight or product dimensions, and this will impact the available options when checking out.
Our preferred partners are Couriers Please and Australia Post. Please note that all services provided are (Authority to Leave). If you require Signature on Delivery, please contact us first to ensure we can offer this service.
In the rare occasion that your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue. Please understand that once the goods are packed and leave our factory, the way they're handled is out of our control. That said, to help protect the goods in transit we have invested in heavy duty boxes and packaging materials. A benefit also is that you can often re-purpose these boxes and packaging materials.
Tracking details will be provided to you, however, please reach out to us if you can't find tracking details or if there hasn't been a scan event for a few days.
